Terms of Use

These Terms of Use describe the rules that apply to individuals and organisations using the MyChair Operational Suite.

1. Authorised Use Only

MyChair may only be used by individuals authorised by the customer organisation or by 3 Inventors. Access rights may be restricted according to role, environment, module, and business scope.

2. User Conduct

Users must act lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with the operational purpose of the system. Users may not use the platform to introduce harmful code, probe security controls, impersonate others, or misuse access permissions.

3. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for entering accurate operational and business data where manual entry is required. Decisions taken based on incorrect data remain the responsibility of the customer organisation and its authorised users.

4. Security Practices

Users must protect passwords, devices, and any authentication methods used to access MyChair. Credentials must not be shared casually or reused in ways that weaken security.

5. Operational Actions

Certain features may enable configuration changes, production actions, pricing updates, stock adjustments, or workflow-triggering events. These should only be used by authorised users acting within the operational and managerial policies of the customer organisation.

6. Restricted Activities

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to environments, accounts, or modules.
  • Trying to disable, overload, or interfere with service stability.
  • Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or reproducing the platform beyond permitted use.
  • Using MyChair for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

7. Third-Party Content and Integrations

Use of integrated third-party systems, content, services, or connected workflows may be subject to additional restrictions or vendor-specific requirements. Users must comply with any applicable external platform terms where relevant.

8. Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked where there is a security concern, breach of policy, contractual issue, or misuse of the platform.

9. Changes to Use Rules

These Terms of Use may be revised to reflect changes in the platform, security requirements, operational scope, or legal obligations.
